Primary group

Setting		Description
Explorer		Used to manage and control project content within OpenTunnel Designer.
Attach Tools	References	Used to attach and detach referenced models, adjust reference settings and select reference tools.
	Raster Manager	Used to control the display of one or more raster images in a DGN file view.
	Point Clouds	Used to manage the display of one or more point clouds in a DGN file view.
	Reality Mesh	Opens the Reality Mesh Attachments dialog, which is used to attach and manipulate reality meshes.
	Attach iTwin	Allows you to attach an iModel as a reference in a DGN. Note: Attach iTwin option is enabled only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet and a ProjectWise Project.
Models		Used to create, manage, and switch between models in the open DGN file.
Level Display		Used to turn on and turn off levels in a model.
Level Manager		Used to control level display and level symbology for the open DGN/DWG file and attached references.
Properties		Used to review or modify the properties of an element(s), such as its geometry.
More	Key-in	Used to browse, construct, and enter key-ins.
	Toggle AccuDraw	Turns on/off AccuDraw, and the display of the AccuDraw Window, which is used to facilitate data point entry.
	Auxiliary Coordinates	Used to create, copy, delete, or import an Auxiliary Coordinate System (ACS) and to select ACS tools.
	Saved Views	Used to create, update, apply, import, and delete saved views and edit properties of saved views. Saving a view allows you to quickly apply a view with specific attributes.
	Cells	Used to attach cell libraries and activate different types of cells, if one is attached.
	Markups	Used to view markups made in an overlay file in Bentley Navigator. A markup can be annotation text, freehand redlining, pen and area highlighting.
	Details	Used to display information related to what is selected in any of the tabs of the Explorer dialog.
	Window List	Used to display information related to what is selected in any of the tabs of the Explorer dialog.

Selection

Selection group

Setting		Description
Element Selection		Used to select and deselect elements for modification or manipulation. The set of selected elements is called the selection set.
Select All		Selects all elements in the design.
Select None		Deselects all elements in the design.
Fence Tools	Place Fence	Used to place a fence.
	Modify Fence	Used to move a fence or modify one of its vertices.
	Manipulate Fence Contents	Used to move, copy, rotate, mirror, scale, or stretch fence contents, which are defined by a fence and (except for stretching) the Fence (Selection) Mode.
	Delete Fence Contents	Used to delete the fence contents, which are defined by a fence and the Fence (Selection) Mode, which determines what constitutes the contents of a fence.
	Drop Fence Contents	Used to break up the contents in a fence into their components.
	Save Fence Contents	Used to copy or move the contents of the active fence to a new DGN or DWG file.
	Named Boundaries	Used to manage named boundaries and named boundary groups.
Lock		Locks selected elements. The attributes and location of a locked element cannot be changed. Locking is useful for preventing accidental element manipulation. If you try to manipulate a locked element, OpenBridge Modeler beeps to alert you that the element is locked.
Unlock		Unlocks selected locked elements. Each unlocked element can be manipulated.
Bring to Front		Brings the selected element to the front of the view display.
Cut		Used to cut selected elements to clipboard.
Copy		Used to copy selected elements to clipboard.
Paste	Paste	Used to paste elements from clipboard.
Paste	Paste Special	Used to select the data type and open the Paste OLE dialog where a special display format can be applied to the contents of the Clipboard.

Soil Setup

Setting	Description
Import	Used to import soil meshes from and .ifc file.
Parameters	Used to assign soil properties to the imported soil meshes.

Tunnel Geometry

Tunnel Geometry Group

Setting		Description
Tunnel Alignment	Create	Used to create a simple alignment using the provided input.
Tunnel Alignment	Import	Used to import roadway alignment and other civil engineering geometry data from an external file. Supported file formats: .xml, .fil, .inp, .alg, .gpk.

Tunnel Corridor Setup

Tunnel Corridor Setup Group

Setting	Description
Add Tunnel Corridor	Used to add a tunnel corridor that represents a collection of tunnel units that belong to the same entity.
Add Tunnel Unit	Used to add a tunnel unit attached to the active tunnel corridor.
Move Tunnel Corridor	Used to move the active tunnel corridor from the existing start station to a new user defined station, on the same alignment.

Reference Line

Reference Line Group

Setting		Description
Place	Middle Point	Used to place a referenceline centered on the active alignment.
	Parallel	Used to place a referenceline parallel to an existing referenceline.
	Multi	Used to place multiple referencelines on the active alignment by specifying distances and skew angles.
Move		Used to move or rotate an existing referenceline to a target line.
Modify		Used to modify all referencelines in the active unit.

Templates

Templates Group

Setting	Description
Tunnel	Tunnel template library - The library that resides in the design file and where only the user that works with the active dgn can see those templates.
Portal	Portal template library - The library that resides in the design file and where only the user that works with the active dgn can see those templates.
Excavation Subspaces	Excavation Subspaces template library - user can add excavation subspace geometry on the tunnel templates imported in the active dgn.
Reinforcement	Reinforcement template library - user can add reinforcement geometry on the tunnel templates imported in the active dgn.
Auxiliaries	Auxiliaries template library - user can add auxiliaries' geometry on the tunnel templates imported in the active dgn.

Tunnel Modeling

Tunnel Modeling Group

Setting	Description
Place Tunnel	Used to create a tunnel solid using the selected tunnel template between the selected referencelines.
Place Portal	Used to create a portal solid using the selected portal template between the selected referencelines. If the cell option is used, the command will place an external cell as a portal solid on the selected referenceline.
Place Shaft	Used to create a shaft solid using the selected shaft template on the selected referenceline. If the cell option is used, the command will place an external cell as a shaft solid on the selected referenceline.
Place Rooms	Used to create a room solid using the selected room template on the selected referenceline. If the cell option is used, the command will place an external cell as a room solid on the selected referenceline.

Auxiliaries

Auxiliaries Group

Setting	Description
Place By Extrusion	Used to place auxiliary's objects (cable trays, sidewalks) by extruding the geometry along the tunnel length.
Place By Point	Used to place auxiliary's objects (smoke fans, poles) at given stations along the tunnel length.
